The problem we kept running into

A lot of local service businesses are good at the work and thin on the sales side. Owners don’t have a sales team, don’t have time to prospect, and the contact lists they can buy don’t tell them anything useful — just a name, a number, and a guess.

Apex Flow Revenue starts from a narrower promise: show a short, explained queue of realistic opportunities, with the evidence attached, and let the owner decide what to do with it.

Why carpet & tile cleaning first

We didn’t pick a vertical off a market-size spreadsheet. We built the first playbook around a business we actually run — Spiker Carpet & Tile Care, an owner-operated, licensed and bonded carpet and tile cleaning business in Galt and Lodi, California, running since 2013 — so every account type, signal, and disqualifier could be checked against a real crew's real week instead of a guess. See the carpet & tile cleaning playbook for the detail.

Honest scope

What’s actually built today, and what isn’t.

Built today

  • This site — the plan, the pricing hypothesis, the carpet & tile cleaning playbook.
  • An honest lead-capture form that reaches a real inbox.
  • Interactive sample data showing exactly what an opportunity record looks like.

Not built yet

  • A live backend, account system, or billing.
  • Real data-provider integrations or an automated opportunity pipeline.
  • Any automated sending — every next action is a human decision.
Those systems are a separate, larger engineering effort that needs real compliance review before it touches live data. We're not going to pretend otherwise to make the pitch sound further along than it is.

Part of something bigger

The wider Apex Flow ecosystem.

Apex Flow Revenue is built by Apex Flow Labs, the same team behind Apex Flow websites, Apex Flow Academy, and the rest of the Apex Flow product family. We link to the ecosystem where it’s genuinely useful and label every connection honestly — see the home page for what’s live versus what’s coming.
