What this covers
This policy covers the Apex Flow Revenue marketing website and its lead-capture forms. It is operated by Apex Flow Labs.
What we collect today
- Information you type into a lead-capture form — name, email, business type, service area, and your stated goal. Submitting a form opens a pre-filled email in your own email client addressed to info@apexflowlabs.com; we receive whatever you choose to send.
- Standard web server and hosting logs (such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited), used only for security and basic traffic analysis.
- Anything you send us directly by email.
We do not use tracking pixels, third-party advertising cookies, or session-replay tools on this site.
What we do not do
- We do not sell or rent personal information.
- We do not purchase third-party consumer contact lists.
- We do not use your information to send unsolicited SMS or automated calls.
When Apex Flow Revenue's product data pipeline goes live
The opportunity-discovery product described elsewhere on this site is not live yet. When it is, this policy will be rewritten to specifically describe: what business-related public data is retrieved, how long it is retained, and what rights you have over data associated with your account. We are not publishing placeholder claims about that system now.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, by emailing info@apexflowlabs.com. We will respond directly.
Children's privacy
This site is intended for business owners and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes to this policy
We'll update the date at the top of this page when this policy changes, and we will not backdate material changes.
