Terms of Service | Apex Flow Revenue

1. The service

Apex Flow Revenue, operated by Apex Flow Labs, is a research and action workflow that surfaces business opportunities with evidence, a fit score, and a suggested next action. It is not a guarantee of customers, sales, or revenue, and no plan or price offers such a guarantee.

2. Pilot status

The product is in an active pilot. Some pages on this site describe the intended full product; where a feature is not yet live, we label it as a preview, a sample, or "coming." Pricing on the pricing page is a pilot hypothesis and may be revised as we learn.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use any suggested next action or drafted message for unsolicited bulk messaging, spam, or any communication that violates applicable law, including telemarketing and anti-spam regulations. Every send in this release is a decision you make — you are responsible for what you actually send.

4. No automated outbound in this release

Apex Flow Revenue does not send messages, place calls, or contact any third party automatically on your behalf in this release. Next actions are drafts only.

5. Billing and cancellation

Plans are billed monthly, in advance, once billing is live. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No long-term contract is required during the pilot.

6. Data and exports

You may export your targeting criteria and opportunity history at any time. See the data sources page for what data is used to build opportunities.

7. Disclaimers

Fit scores and signals are estimates based on available public and permitted information; they are not verified facts about any business, and Apex Flow Revenue makes no warranty as to their accuracy or completeness. The service is provided "as is" during the pilot period.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apex Flow Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this service, including any business outcome resulting from acting on a suggested opportunity.

9. Changes

We may update these terms as the product develops. Material changes will be reflected by an updated date at the top of this page.
