Where do opportunities come from?
Public and permitted sources relevant to your stated targeting — job listings, permit filings, and similar public records, checked against criteria you set. We never use purchased personal consumer lists. The full, current list of source types is on the data sources page.
How fresh is the data?
Every record carries the date it was retrieved and, where available, the date of the underlying signal. Refresh cadence is still being tuned during the pilot rather than fixed at a specific number we’d have to walk back.
Is an opportunity exclusive to me?
We do not promise exclusivity in this release. Two businesses with similar targeting in the same area could see overlapping public signals — that is inherent to using public sources, and we won't claim otherwise.
What data rights do I have over what's collected?
You can export your targeting criteria and opportunity history at any time, and request deletion of your account data. See the privacy page for the full draft policy.
How accurate is the fit score?
It's a structured estimate against criteria you set — industry, geography, size, and any disqualifiers you define — not a certified measurement. Every score ships with the evidence behind it so you can judge it yourself rather than trust it blindly.
What locations are supported?
Wherever you set your service radius or list of metros during onboarding — there is no fixed list of supported cities. The pilot is intentionally running with a small number of early operators while we prove out data quality.
What does the automation actually do?
It retrieves and scores candidate opportunities and drafts a suggested next action. It does not send messages, make calls, or contact anyone on its own — every send in this release is a decision you make yourself.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, month-to-month, no long-term contract during the pilot. See pricing for plan-specific detail.
Can I export my data if I leave?
Yes. Your opportunity history and targeting criteria export in a plain, readable format — nothing is locked in a proprietary format you'd need us to unlock.
What does "qualified" actually mean here?
It means the record matches the targeting criteria you defined (fit) and carries a documented, dated reason it might be relevant right now (signal) — not that the business has confirmed a need, and not that they're expecting to hear from you.
Does Apex Flow Revenue guarantee customers or revenue?
No. It's a research and action workflow. What happens after you act on an opportunity — and whether it closes — is on you, not a number we control or promise.
Is this connected to my Apex Flow website, Pulse, or AI Staff today?
Not yet. Those integrations are named on the home page as the direction we're building toward, clearly marked "coming" — none are live right now.
