Data Sources
What we use
- Public job listings — postings that imply a change in a business's facility needs.
- Public permit and filing records — municipal or county records indicating a build-out, expansion, or new occupancy.
- Public business and facility information — information a business has made publicly available about itself (size, industry, location).
- Information you provide directly — your own targeting criteria, service area, and offer description.
What we will never use
- Purchased personal consumer contact lists.
- Fabricated or simulated "intent" signals presented as real.
- Spoofed identities of any kind.
- Data obtained by bypassing a website's stated access terms.
How a record is built
Every opportunity is checked against your stated targeting before it reaches your queue. Each record keeps its source type and retrieval date attached, so you can see where it came from rather than take a score on faith.
Limitations, stated plainly
Public source data can be incomplete, delayed, or wrong — a job posting can be withdrawn, a permit can stall, a business can already have a vendor lined up. A high fit score means "matches your criteria and carries a documented signal," not "confirmed need." We say this on every record, not just here.
Outbound messaging
In this release, Apex Flow Revenue drafts suggested next actions only. Nothing is sent automatically. No purchased list is ever used for outbound messaging, drafted or otherwise.
